What does it cost?
It depends on how many terminals and locations you have and which features you use. We put pricing and contract terms in writing before you commit, so you can compare it with what you pay now.
Can I keep my current hardware?
Sometimes. We check what you have during the demo and tell you what can stay and what should be replaced.
What happens if the internet goes down?
SmartTab is designed as a hybrid cloud system that can keep taking payments offline. We also review your internet and network so outages are rare.
How long does switching take?
That depends on your size and menu. We plan the changeover with you, set it up before the switch, and train your staff so opening night is smooth.
Do you work outside Charlotte?
Yes. Our office is in Huntersville, NC, and we also serve restaurants and bars on Hatteras Island and the Outer Banks. Ask how installation and support work for your location.
Is Trucore the same company as SmartTab?
No. SmartTab makes the POS. Trucore is an independent partner that sells, installs, and supports it.
